Attractive 72 apartment module contract in Stockholm

The project has been a tremendous sales success, and the builder Brf Tennfatet achieved their sales target in record time and started construction earlier than expected.

Bo Svensson, who is majority owner of the housing project, is extremely pleased with the design concept at Hemgården, and Moelven’s flexible industrial building approach will ensure a sound overall cost for the project.

The project consists of two- and three-room apartments with well-designed interior layouts and a thoroughly high-standard, modern feel with an open kitchen-living room solution. As an urban consolidation project, the Trädgårdsmästaren quarter is located close to both nature and downtown. The four-floor building is well-integrated into the landscape, and the architect has achieved a contemporary look by varying the façade materials between wood and cement.

Marketing efforts will start shortly, and the entire project is scheduled to be completed in the autumn 2011.
